The design of the interiors is the strong point of the facility. Careful renovation by Gallotta Studio enhanced the apartment’s vintage details, such as the Neapolitan gessolini and riggiole – the original floors of the 1940s. Everything was studied right down to the smallest detail and was made especially for IL FIORE D’ORO.
The wainscoting and the engraved motifs on the doors were designed ad hoc inspired by the regular depictions of the riggiole – the typical original Neapolitan flooring of the period – in the same way that all the furnishings were inspired by Deco aesthetics. The geometric lines are the leitmotif where nothing has been left to chance.
It is Deco-inspired: from the lines of the headboards to the sofas made to design in fine velvet, from the bedside lamps to the chandeliers. All of the designing – patented and signed Lampopup – can be customized and purchased through IL FIORE D’ORO on order. In particular, the chandeliers are made from remnants and fabrics destined for waste, so each one is different from the others. A sustainable and trendy choice that – combined with high-tech and home automation systems – make the rooms the place where the guest has the pleasure of finding everything quite familiar even far away from home.
The furniture is the result of an assiduous search. The furnishings were found wandering around antique and modern antique markets, so each room has its own unique furnishings, and for this reason they give a strong personality to each individual room.
The enveloping colors and refined taste help guests relax after a day spent wandering around the city, and they invite them to think back to the wonders of the city of Parthenope (Naples).
